POST: Project Worker (17.5hrs)

CONTRACT: 3-year fixed term

SALARY: £20,802.60 Pro-Rata

LOCATION: Working from home. Ideally based in Mid or North Wales

RESPONSIBLE TO: Wales Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE: To promote Fertility Network UK.  To set up and facilitate new fertility support groups within the region. To recruit volunteers to lead established groups, and provide the necessary administration, advice and promotion to those groups. To raise awareness of Fertility Network UK within relevant agencies, hospitals, clinics and GPs. To provide support and information to those affected by fertility issues from all backgrounds.

Recriwtio gwirfoddolwyr i arwain grwpiau sefydledig, a darparu’r cyngor a gwaith gweinyddol angenrheidiol i’r grwpiau hynny a’u hyrwyddo fel y bo angen. Codi ymwybyddiaeth o Fertility Network UK o fewn asiantaethau, ysbytai, clinigau a meddygfeydd perthnasol. Darparu cefnogaeth a gwybodaeth i’r rhai o bob cefndir y mae materion ffrwythlondeb yn effeithio arnynt.
