At Fertility Network UK we have shown repeatedly that most people experiencing fertility problems are reluctant to speak to their employers. Many struggle to attend appointments and administer medication in secret, at the cost of their physical and mental wellbeing, in order to keep up appearances at work.

In collaboration with Bourn Hall fertility clinic, providing a clinic’s perspective on this area of need, Fertility in the Workplace have produced a programme and digital toolkit to assist clinics in supporting patients and staff.

What does the Clinic Pledge involve?

Our Clinic Pledge asks clinics to meet 3 key areas of support for patients & employees who are juggling workplace commitments alongside treatments.

  • Implement Operational Flexibility
  • Provide Patient Workplace Support & Information
  • Demonstrate Best Practice as an employer

The team at Fertility in the Workplace will support clinics all the way with implementing these changes.
