Information Session; Navigating Fertility Treatments & Workplace Commitments

Fertility in The Workplace (FiTW) recognises that juggling workplace commitments alongside the strains of undergoing fertility treatments can cause additional distress during what is already an incredibly difficult time. We are here to support you, whether it’s on a 1:1 basis or as part of a group, to help you understand your workplace rights, discuss how to approach your employers, provide information on your treatment options and access connections with others who have shared experiences.

In this webinar we focused on juggling working life whilst going through fertility struggles. We heard from Nickie Aiken MP about her ground-breaking bill currently working through parliament calling for reform to allow leave for fertility appointments. We heard from Auto Trader, one of Fertility Networks long standing partnerships about why this issue matters and the work they have done to support their teams. And the session was chaired by Fertility Network’s Anya Sizer who leads the workplace initiative here at the charity.
