Sharon
Interim Chief Executive
After 20 years in the Civil Service, I was drawn to Fertility Network as this charity resonated with my own fertility journey. The charity was formed the same year my twins were born and I so wish I had been able to access the kind of support the charity offers during my long fertility journey which was peppered with incredible highs followed by crushing blows. I have worked in a number of roles in the charity and I am passionate about raising awareness of the support on offer to all patients experiencing a fertility journey.

Claire
Charity Administrator
I provide administrative support to the charity to ensure the smooth running of our services. My primary goal working with Fertility Network UK is to support our mission to inform, educate, raise awareness and lobby on behalf of all those who are impacted by fertility challenges and need support, in whatever form that may be. I have been on my own fertility journey and want nothing more than to be able to help ensure the services provided by Fertility Network UK and FITW reach the people who need them most, when they need them most. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you think we may be able to help you - you are not alone.

Jodie
Fundraising Manager
Hi, I’m Jodie Nicholson, Fundraising Manager here at Fertility Network UK.
My journey with infertility has been a long one. One with unimaginable pain and heartache. I struggled to navigate this journey and I hope that with awareness and education we can help our TTC community feel less alone and I hope to promote openness and honesty by sharing my experience and vulnerabilities.
I’m excited to be part of the FNUK team and look forward to advocating for our community and breaking those barriers by providing safe platforms for people to access support.

Seema
Fertility in the Workplace Coordinator
Seema joined the charity, Fertility Network UK, earlier this year. She has become part of the Fertility in the Workplace initiative following her own lived experience of infertility at work. Seema was a full time Senior Brand Manager and found it difficult to balance working life along with the gruelling journey of IVF. She is very passionate about her role, and often shares her own experiences to help support others and help educate companies to better understand the fertility journey women go through, and the impact it has on them and the workplace.
After years of invasive investigations and 9 rounds of IVF, Seema was fortunate to have a daughter. She is now looking forward to see how the charity can further have an impact on fertility in the workplace, and help the thousands of men and women who are forced down this path.

Jude
Senior Support Coordinator
Jude started with the charity in 2018 as a volunteer, helping to coordinate the Newcastle (now North East) support group. She then officially joined the staff team in January 2023 as the Project Worker for England, moving up to England Coordinator and then working in the Fertility in the Workplace team before becoming Senior Support Coordinator. Her own journey to conceiving was a difficult one, but her personal experience has inspired her to get involved in raising awareness and striving for a greater understanding by everyone of what it is really like to experience infertility.

Sarah B
Communications & Marketing Administrator
I first joined FNUK as an Educational Development Officer, where I loved helping young people build awareness around fertility, infertility, and the many wellbeing factors that can affect fertility. I’m now thrilled to be supporting the charity through social media and marketing and reaching the many whom are seeking the support of FNUK.
Experiencing my own fertility challenges opened my eyes as to how many people are affected and how important it is to raise awareness through Fertility Network UK, so that no one feels they have to face it alone. That’s why I’m so passionate about my role, using social media and marketing to share support, information, and real stories that help others feel seen, heard, and empowered.
