St Helens plans to suspend NHS IVF for women under 37

St Helens CCG is proposing suspending access to NHS IVF treatment for all women under the age of 37; if you disagree with this, please complete this survey before 16th October  https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/FJ2LXB3
The CCG will also be holding engagement events during September to provide an opportunity to discuss the proposals with members of the CCG.
