This demanding yet rewarding trekking challenge takes us to the summits of Ingleborough (723m/2,372 ft), Pen-y-Ghent (694m/2,276 ft) and Whernside (736m/2,415 ft) all in one circular route starting and ending in Chapel-le-Dale. We’ll be supporting each other every step of the way on this demanding yet rewarding UK-based challenge, which includes over 1,700m of ascent! Choose to join us for a full weekend and stay for two nights, for just one night, or if you’re short on time you can join us for the day instead!

With three duration options to choose from, you can conquer this classic UK adventure in a way that works for you. Make a weekend of it and stay for two nights, make the early start a little easier by staying the night before, or just join us for the day of the challenge!

Itinerary

Day 1

If you are joining us for the Friday night option, we’ll meet at the campsite for an evening meal and challenge briefing before getting a good night’s sleep ahead of our adventure.

Day 2

Following event registration we set off early morning from our campsite to conquer our first peak less than 2.5 miles in – Ingleborough (723m/2,372 ft). We then start our ascent to our second peak, Pen-y-Ghent (694m / 2,276 ft) a further 7.5 miles. We then descend and push on to our final peak which is the highest of all three, Whernside (736m/2,415 ft), 11.5 miles on. After taking in our achievements we begin the short 2.5 mile trek back to our campsite.

Day 3

If you have joined us for the Saturday night, we’ll say our goodbyes and before beginning our onward journeys. Please note, this is a complex itinerary and subject to change. Visit the Summary tab for details on what is included for each option.
