Exciting news for Fertility Network Wales…

Amazing news for Fertility Network Wales, and for the rest of our community.

After applying to the National Lottery Community Fund, Fertility Network Wales has been awarded a grant of £363,304.

This means Fertility Network will be able to continue supporting the fertility community, raising awareness of important issues and expand the services to reach more people facing fertility challenges.

Fertility Network’s Wales Co-Ordinator Alice Matthews said this: “We are delighted to have been awarded this grant from the National Lottery Community Fund. The 5 year grant will enable us to continue providing Wales-specific fertility information, impartial advice and both practical and emotional support to anyone in Wales who needs it. We want to thank players of the National Lottery; this funding will allow us to expand and enhance our current work in Wales, support far more people and carry out future fertility awareness raising work. Experiencing a fertility issue can be extremely isolating and distressing. The emotional, financial, physical and social impact is highly significant. As Wales Coordinator I am thrilled to now be able to offer 1-1 and group peer support to more people across Wales who need it.”

Fertility Network would like to thank The National Lottery Community Fund for recognising the need for fertility support services in Wales.

We are now recruiting. If you are interested in joining the Fertility Network team in Wales then get in touch. Do you want to help those affected by fertility issues?
