Wellbeing Mini-Series Session 3: Yoga to Feel Calm

Join Emily Cook, certified fertility yoga teacher, on Thursday 17th July at 7.30pm for a relaxing session using gentle movement and breath work to prepare your mind and body for trying to conceive. In this session, Emily will help you to:

  • slow down
  • reduce stress
  • stimulate blood flow and improve circulation

The session will be calming and gentle, but please seek medical advice before undertaking any new exercise and listen to your body throughout the session. It is suitable for anyone trying to conceive or already going through IVF.

Please note, cameras and microphones will remain off throughout the session and there won’t be an opportunity or Q&A. The session will last 1 hour and won’t be recorded.
