Wellbeing Mini-Series Session 1: Maximise your Fitness for Fertility

Join us on Thursday 3rd July at 7pm for a wellbeing session with guest speaker Maria McMaster, a personal trainer, online fitness coach and Founder of Fertility Fitness Coaching. Maria will be giving an overview of how to exercise and eat in the right way for your own trying to conceive and fertility journey.  This will then be followed by a Q&A.

This is suitable for anyone trying to conceive naturally or by fertility treatment, whether you’re just getting started or already going through treatment.

Please note, the main part of the session might be recorded, but recording will stop for additional Q&A at the end.
