More to Life Workshop: Coping with the Festive Season

Please join us on Thursday 27^th November at 8pm with Guest Speaker Sarah Lawrence.  Sarah is a qualified and practising trauma-informed counsellor, who will be talking about Coping with the Festive Season for our MTL and Moving On from treatment community. The session will provide practical tips, strategies, and conversation to help you cope with this time of year.
