An information and Q&A session for men and women focussing on nutrition for fertility with guest speakers Regan Heatley and Jane Hickey, specialists in nutrition for male and female fertility. Regan and Jane formed Preconception Nutrition to achieve their goal of helping men and women to optimise their fertility with personalised plans and wellbeing support.

Regan Heatley is a male fertility nutritional specialist and author of Amazon bestseller Male Fertility – Filling in the Blanks.

Jane Hickey is a specialist in nutrition for women’s fertility health and author of Preconception Health: a woman’s guide to nurturing her fertility and her pregnancy.
