Facilitated by Dusha Radosavljevic, midwife, lifestyle medicine health advisor, and senior yoga & meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience.
This gentle series of workshops is designed for women navigating the emotional landscape after pregnancy loss following IVF – this includes miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy.
Through conscious breathing, deep relaxation (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), mindfulness practices, guided meditation, and practical lifestyle medicine strategies, you will learn how to observe, accept, and compassionately manage the difficult emotions that often arise during this tender time. Each session offers a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with your inner strength, restore balance, and support your well-being through evidence-based lifestyle tips that promote emotional resilience, better sleep, healthy stress regulation, and overall vitality.

Please note, none of the sessions will be recorded and we encourage you to have your camera on in order to ensure everyone feels at ease and supported by each other during the sessions.
