Aji Michael spent the past 15 years managing the implementation of innovative business solutions in Social Housing, Primary Care, Mental Health, Community and Acute Contracts; helping to develop systems and processes to assure good practice within the health and social services.
In all her roles, she has worked closely with top management teams, Chief Officers, Clinical Specialists, in Voluntary Sectors and Corporate Organisations; in the areas of business development, process improvement, service redesigning, and strategic planning. She has successfully led teams to deliver on a variety of multi-discipline projects, ranging from budgets up to £100m that have resulted in sustained revenue growth, reduced operational costs, and rich patient experience.
Michael is a trained Strategist and Leadership Coach from the prestigious Cranfield School of Management and Henley Business School. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
