Week 2 of our 4-week wellbeing course designed to support individuals in moving on – without children – after Fertility Treatment has not been successful

The sessions will be hosted by Anna Jewell, who is a Professional and Personal Development Coach and Fertility Treatment Warrior.

This is for you if you would benefit from input and strategies to help in:

• bringing awareness to, expressing, and managing the various difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions that are coming up.
• finding a way forward – managing negative self-talk and identifying limiting beliefs – and feeling more empowered in the journey ahead.
• finding direction, reconnecting with yourself, and establishing a new sense of purpose.

By giving yourself dedicated time and space as well as professional input, you will be able to explore and experiment to work out what is best for you and get some momentum towards a brighter future.

Participants of the course will be expected to:

• Attend all sessions as each session builds on the previous sessions and be punctual so that we can really make the most of the time – each session builds on the previous session

• Attend with your camera on

HOW TO JOIN

This course is free to attend but places are limited and registration is essential. The 4-week course will start on Monday 15th April 2024, 7pm-8.30pm, each week via zoom. You must be able to commit to all 4 dates of the course.

Currently, due to funding, this course is aimed at patients based in England. However, if you’re based elsewhere, do still get in touch – this is really helpful for us when planning future events across the UK.
