South Asian Fertility Group

The next meeting for the South Asian online fertility group is on the 18th November at 8pm.

This month we are joined by Dr Divpreet Kaur Sacha (MBChB MRCGP DipOccMed)

Dr Divpreet is a GP working in preventative health at Neko Health, with a Diploma in Occupational Medicine. She combines clinical knowledge with lived experience of PCOS, endometriosis, and IVF to address the gap between what the health system is able to deliver and what patients actually need to navigate their fertility.

After personally navigating both NHS and private fertility system, including a failed NHS cycle with severe OHSS and private treatment, she founded Her Holistic Health and created Fertility Foundations, an evidence-based fertility education programme covering everything from basic investigations & lifestyle factors to navigating IVF and workplace rights. Built from both sides of the consultation room, it provides the depth of information GPs rarely have time to deliver in a 10-minute appointment.

She has spoken at Women’s Health Professional Care conferences, contributed to the BMJ on IVF and workplace wellbeing, and serves on the medical advisory board for Cysters charity. As Diplomate Representative for the West Midlands SOM branch, her occupational medicine background drives her advocacy for fertility-aware workplace policies and improved access for South Asian and BAME groups.
