Are you struggling to lose weight and want to find a healthy and balanced way to reduce BMI to access fertility treatment?

Our new programme for Scotland aims to support those who are seeking support and nutritional guidance to achieve your weight loss goals.

Our new Nutrition for Weight Loss course with expert Nutritionist Sarah Trimble is a 4 week course via zoom on Wednesday 12th , 18th, and 26th Feb and 3rd March at 7.00-8.30pm which will include a presentation and plenty of time for Q&A and discussion.

 

 

Course Outline

Week 1 – The basics of eating for fertility and weight balance

Week 2 – Blood Sugar Balance for Fertility and Weight Loss – how to eat to stabilise blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity

Week 3 – How to support hormonal balance to support weight balance and boost fertility

Week 4 – Lifestyle changes to support fertility and weight balance – e.g. exercise, sleep and stress.

Each session will be supported with factsheets and recipes that you will receive after each session.

The course is FREE to attend but places will be limited and registration is essential. Once registered you will receive a zoom link before the first event which will access all 4 weeks.
