Our new programme for Scotland aims to support those who are seeking support and nutritional guidance to achieve your weight loss goals.

Our new Nutrition for Weight Loss course with expert Nutritionist Sarah Trimble is a 4 week course via zoom:

Course Outline

  • πŸ“… Wednesday 19th Feb –  The basics of eating for fertility and weight balance
  • πŸ“… Wednesday 26th Feb –  Blood Sugar Balance for Fertility and Weight Loss – how to eat to stabilise blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity
  • πŸ“… Wednesday 5th March – How to support hormonal balance to support weight balance and boost fertility
  • πŸ“… Wednesday 12th March – Lifestyle changes to support fertility and weight balance – e.g. exercise, sleep and stress.

Each week includes a presentation and plenty of time for Q&A and discussion, and will be supported with factsheets and recipes that you will receive after each session.

The course is FREE to attend but places will be limited and registration is essential. Once registered you will receive a zoom link before the first event which will access all 4 weeks.
