Early Morning Mindfulness Course

In support of Fertility In The Workplace and our Wellbeing In The Workplace programmes, we are pleased to be able to signpost our service users to early morning free online mindfulness sessions by our brilliant facilitator, Veronica Ellis.

These session are not affiliated with Fertility Network UK and are therefore not fertility or workplace specific, however we recognise that a morning Mindfulness session, particularly before work, has proven benefits to cognitive function, stress levels and productivity so we are delighted to be able to share these free sessions with you.

Mindfulness can help us to build resilience, stability and connection during  difficult times. It can help us to find balance and even joy amidst uncertainty and worry. Through the practice of mindfulness, we learn how to take care of our stress so that it doesn’t overwhelm us and in doing so we learn how to take care of each other.  

These early morning sessions offer free guided meditations and short reflection. Every session is different and is an opportunity to find some stillness and strength before the start of your day. Even though we are isolated physically there is a beautiful sense of connection in these sessions.
 
The sessions run every Friday and Monday morning at 7:00-7:25 am via zoom.
