More to Life – Coping at Christmas

More to Life are offering a Coping at Christmas workshop for people who are childness not by choice, presented by Sarah Lawrence Thursday 5th December, 7pm, over zoom.

Sarah Lawrence is a qualified and practicing trauma-informed counsellor who collaborates exclusively with the childless community under the name ‘After the Storm.’ She is also one third of the award-winning childless podcast and childless community ‘Full Stop.’ She also designs and delivers workshops for childless women, as After the Storm and under the name Sacred Woman. She also facilitates Gateway Women Reignite workshops.

Sarah is childless because of endometriosis and adenomyosis, both of which resulted in many operations and procedures over a long period of time, and ultimately led to her having a hysterectomy in 2017.

The More to Live Coping at Christmas workshop will cover:

· Triggers around Christmas,

· What are glimmers and looking at coping strategies

· What we can do on a practical level to make new traditions, which take us beyond coping
