Wil Hesketh: Yoga & Functional Movement Instructor

Wil has spent the last 4 years working full time researching the science of stress reduction through movement, meditation and breathing. After visiting our last session and hearing how unhelpful stress can be when trying to conceive, Wil has offered to provide a free mindful movement for stress reduction activity after our upcoming session. No special exercise clothing will be required, but the more comfortable you are in your clothes – the more comfortable you will be in the activity! The movement side of things will be very gentle and suitable for anyone, even if you need to remain seated for any reason. Wil is experienced working with all kinds of ability levels.
