Introduction to Mindfulness Course

Starting on Monday 3rd October 2022 at 6.30pm until 7.30pm
Mindfulness can help us to build resilience, stability and connection during difficult times. It can help us to find balance and even joy amidst uncertainty and worry. Through the practice of mindfulness, we learn how to take care of our stress so that it doesn’t overwhelm us and in doing so we learn how to take care of each other.
WHO IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?
This free 4 week Mindfulness course is for those people who are currently on a fertility journey. It is a live and interactive introduction to mindfulness, run via Zoom for 1 hour each week.
It is suitable for beginners and for those who have already some mindfulness experience and will include a course e-manual, along with recordings of the mindfulness practices to use each week at home between sessions.

HOW TO JOIN
This course is free to attend but places are limited and registration is essential. The 4 week course will start on Monday 3rd October running until 24th October at 6.30pm to 7.30pm each week via zoom. You must be able to commit to all 4 dates of the course: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th October 2022.
Currently, this course is limited to patients based in England. However, if you’re based elsewhere, do still get in touch – this is really helpful for us when planning future events across the UK.
