Mindfulness can help us to build resilience, stability and connection during  difficult times. It can help us to find balance and even joy amidst uncertainty and worry. Through the practice of mindfulness, we learn how to take care of our stress so that it doesn’t overwhelm us and in doing so we learn how to take care of each other.  

 

WHO IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?

This free 4 week Mindfulness course is for those people who are currently on a fertility journey. It is a live and interactive introduction to mindfulness, run via Zoom for 1 hour each week.

It is suitable for beginners and for those who have already some mindfulness experience and will include a course e-manual, along with recordings of the mindfulness practices to use each week at home between sessions.

HOW TO JOIN

This course is free to attend but places are limited and registration is essential. The 4 week course will start on Tuesday 8th August running until 29th August at 7.30pm-8.45pm each week via zoom.

You must be able to commit to all 4 dates of the course:

Tuesday 8th August, 7.30pm-8.45pm

Tuesday 15th August, 7.30pm-8.45pm

Tuesday 22nd August, 7.30pm-8.45pm

Tuesday 29th August, 7.30pm-8.45pm
