Experts Francesca Steyn and Anya Sizer talk about fertility and its impact on the workplace. A virtual event with Fertility Network UK.

Fertility Week is November 2nd-5th, 2020.
Today, one in six couples experience infertility. Couples waiting longer to have children, rising infertility rates and NHS cuts have shone a spotlight on fertility in the workplace.
This Fertility Week, in collaboration with Fertility Network UK, Peppy is talking about the impact of fertility on men and women, at home and at work. Find out more here.
Francesca Steyn (Peppy) and Anya Sizer (Fertility Network UK) will be talking all-things-fertility, including what actions can be taken to support employees going through a fertility journey.
Faye Chown (Santander) will also talk about her own experience of miscarriage, telling us why and how she has decided to speak openly about this in her workplace.

About the speakers:
Francesca Steyn is Director of Fertility Services at Peppy.
She has over 15 years of experience in the NHS and private fertility sectors. She was awarded Surrogacy Professional of the Year in 2018 and 2019. She has co-authored publications including the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) Education and Career Progression Framework for Fertility Nursing.
She also is a steering committee member (one of 6 in the UK) of the RCN Fertility Nurses Forum.
Anya Sizer is a Regional Coordinator for Fertility Network UK and Senior Administrator for David Lammy MP. As a mum of three through IVF and adoption, Anya’s experience of fertility spans first-hand experience and professional life.
Anya is also the author of ‘Fertile Thinking’ and is also an Executive Committee Member for Fabian Women’s network.
Peppy (www.peppy.health) provides personalised health support to people going through life’s big transitions, such as becoming a parent, fertility treatment or going through the menopause. The company was founded in London by Mridula Pore, Max Landry and Evan Harris in 2018 and serves clients such as BNP Paribas, Novartis and Vitality amongst many others.
Peppy has also participated in three large scale NHS trials, one of which involved providing remote support to vulnerable populations during the Covid-19 crisis.
