Day 4 of #basecampforfertility challenge

‘This challenge is all about getting the message out that men need help too when it comes to #fertility. For many it can be a huge uphill battle that takes a lot of time and energy which is exactly what each of us are going through right now.

Day 4 and 5 are under our belts and it’s getting tough now!!

Yesterday saw us take on 1 of the biggest climbs of the trip as we trekked from Namche Bizarre to Debouche. The picture of my dusty boots was just before a 3 hour climb to Tengbouche monastery which was really tough.

Today we arrived at Dingbouche after what in theory was a relatively simple walk but every one of us are really starting to feel it now!! We’re currently at 4400m which means less oxygen and far less warmth!’
