Day 2 of #basecampforfertility challenge

Update from the 4 Everest adventurers!!

We’ve just completed our 2nd day of trekking and are settled in at Namche Bizarre the Sherpa capital of Nepal.

We’ve covered approximately 30km over 2 days and gained around 1000m in elevation and are now officially at high altitude of 3406m.

Today’s trek saw us cross Hilary bridge 300m above a ravine and then face our steepest climb so far.

Tired and aching but very happy. Absolutely breath taking scenery with wonderful people and great food.

Not forgetting of course why we’re here.

This is about getting that message out there that men need support during fertility challenges and that Fertility Network are a superb charity to do that.
