4-week course starting Tuesday 9th May 2023

Dates are as follows:

May 9, 7.30pm

May 16, 7.30pm

May 23, 7.30pm

May 30, 7.30pm

WHO IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?

Our 4-Week Mindfulness Course with Natalie will introduce lots of practical, time-efficient practices and tools which attendees can start using immediately to reduce stress levels and feel more at peace in mind and body. Natalie is a neurodivergent woman of mixed heritage (Black Caribbean and White), and as such has a unique perspective on the world and an understanding of the additional barriers that people from marginalised communities face, regarding access to healthcare services.

Mindfulness can help us to build resilience, stability and connection during these very difficult times. It can help us to find balance and even joy amidst uncertainty and worry. Through the practice of mindfulness, we learn how to take care of our stress so that it doesn’t overwhelm us and in so doing we learn how to take care of each other.

Many participants have remarked on the feeling of connection and intimacy that they have experienced from attending the online meditations and classes.

Participants of the course will be expected to:
• Attend all sessions as each session builds on the previous sessions and be punctual
so that we can really make the most of the time – each session builds on the previous
session
• Do some personal mindfulness practice in your own time
• Attend with your camera on
