Fertility Network UK are the leading patient-focused fertility charity providing free and impartial support, advice and information for anyone affected by fertility issues.

We have been awarded a National Lottery Community Fund grant which will allow us to expand and enhance our current work in Wales. Could you help those affected by fertility issues, raise awareness of the emotional impact and educate about the issues that can impact fertility?

POST:                               Support Worker (Wales) 

HOURS:                            24 hours per week

CONTRACT:                     4-year fixed term

SALARY:                          £25,500 Pro-Rata

LOCATION:                      Home based (remote working) with travel throughout Wales.

RESPONSIBLE TO:         Senior Support Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:            

To represent Fertility Network UK in Wales, promoting the charities services and providing moral support and advice for beneficiaries.  To co-ordinate role applicable volunteer activities by liaising with individuals, community groups, relevant agencies, health care professionals, hospitals/clinics. To collate and report on statistics, feedback and data for use in funding bids and annual reports.

Casglu ac adrodd ar ystadegau, adborth a data er mwyn defnyddio’r wybodaeth hon mewn ceisiadau am gyllid ac adroddiadau blynyddol.
