Northern Ireland Coordinator (Permanent position)

(Based in N. Ireland, working from home), up to 25 hours per week.

Fertility Network UK provides emotional and practical support to those facing difficulties in conceiving and campaigns on their behalf.

This position involves acting as the main point of contact for all activities within the N. Ireland region, liaising with individuals, local groups, relevant agencies, hospitals/clinics, political representatives and the local media.  Managing the N. Ireland budget, 6 fertility groups, staff member(s) and existing grants. Seeking to improve the overall profile of the charity and increasing funds in N. Ireland are key priorities.

-Must have experience of fund raising within the voluntary sector
-Must have an understanding of infertility issues
-Must have excellent Information Technology skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email
-Must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with team leader skills desirable.
-Must be experienced in giving presentations to a variety of audiences.
-Campaigning/Lobbying experience within the voluntary sector along with budgetary management experience is desirable
Must be able to work from home with adequate space to facilitate the job
Must have full current driving license and access to a car
Must be willing to travel to venues throughout N. Ireland in the evenings
Laptop Computer, mobile phone and office equipment supplied (if required)

Salary: £16,250 per annum (based in 25 hours/£12.50 per hour)
